About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are picked when they reach optimal ripeness. Ice is placed at the bottom of each harvest crate. The fruit is then chilled in the winery's "Ulisse" cooling tunnel and gently pressed in an inert environment to prevent oxidation. Maceration on the skins takes place in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is at 11 °C in temperature-controlled inert tanks.
Ageing
Three months in steel vessels.

The wine scored 92 points out of 100 at the Rosa Rosati Rose 2021 competition, organised by La Guida al Bere Rosa.
