A cru born from change. The Fauda Vineyard and a New Perspective.

Fauda occupies one of the highest hills in Montecarotto. Its 380 m altitude and northern exposure were previously considered disadvantages, but now make it a promising site for retaining the balance and identity of Verdicchio in a warmer climate.

The vineyard was established in two stages: the first in 2022 and the second between 2023 and 2024. Rows are spaced 2.6 m apart to balance vine growth and facilitate sustainable management. Vineyards, olive groves, hedgerows and woodland form a diverse surrounding landscape that protects biodiversity and supports the ecosystem through the seasons.
