Vinitaly 2025 provided a setting for discussion of United States tariffs, climate uncertainty and changing export markets. Commercial manager Linda Paci described efforts to diversify toward alternative markets, reinforce European and domestic activity and explore opportunities in Canada. Consultant oenologist Federico Ricci presented the complete organic conversion, explaining that synthetic products had been eliminated from 2023 and that water management, crop rotation and natural substances had reduced environmental impact. The 2024 season served as an early test, producing healthier fruit and vines considered more resilient to climatic stress.
