About this wine
Vinification
The grapes were harvested in early October 2020, later than usual, resulting in a balance of ripeness and acidity. Fermentation occurred spontaneously, with minimal intervention and no industrial standardisation.
Ageing
The wine underwent extended ageing before release and was also rested after bottling and transport.
Label / history
This was the estate’s only release of the 2020 vintage; no Cerasuolo or Montepulciano was released. Under the family’s established policy, a vintage is released only when it conforms to the estate’s intended style.
