The profile presents Fattoria di Valiano in the heart of Chianti Classico, with 230 ha of land and 75 ha under vine. Most vineyards face south-west and are managed organically under technical director Pasquale Presutto.

Presutto defines the estate’s philosophy as protecting the health of the environment in order to produce refined wines. The complementary principle “one grape variety – one territory” guides the effort to retain the expressiveness of the grapes and their connection to their place of origin.
