Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in mineral-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes undergo 12 hours of low-temperature maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks for 7–10 days.
Ageing
Bottling takes place six months after harvest.

Complex and elegant, with rich flavour and balanced acidity. Ribolla Gialla’s acidity complements Chardonnay’s elegance.
