Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards, which have clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early September at optimal ripeness. They undergo 10 days of maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques.
Ageing
The wine ages for four months in French oak barrels.
