About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards, which have clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness in early September. They undergo 10 days of maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques.
Ageing
The wine matures for four months in French oak barrels.
