Coevo 2021

Eighteen years after Coevo’s first release, the 2021 vintage introduced a revised composition centred on two territories important to the Cecchi family. Sangiovese from Villa Rosa represents Chianti Classico, while Merlot from Val delle Rose represents Maremma. Production was limited to approximately 3,000 bottles, including about 600 large-format bottles. The project was presented as a contemporary interpretation of the family’s Tuscan wine heritage while maintaining the distinct contribution of each territory.
