Open Cellars 2017

On Saturday, 27 May, the programme featured a candlelit winemaker’s dinner among the vines, weather permitting, with a menu built around summer black truffle, handmade pasta, beef, estate organic olive oil and dessert, paired with three estate wines. On Sunday, 28 May, visitors could tour the cellar and taste wines from 10:00 until sunset; a country buffet began at noon, followed by live performances from Cogli la Prima Mela and Love in Portofino. Cantine Aperte offered direct contact with producers and opportunities to discover vinification and ageing in the cellar.
