Projectus Viticultura by Tenuta Vitalonga

The manifesto responds to damage to animal and plant species and entire ecosystems by calling for a change of direction. Its mission is to return people to the service of nature and to treat the earth as a shared inheritance that must be protected for children and future generations. The project grows from a long rural tradition of love for the land, the vine and wine. It commits to the individual character of each vineyard, conservation of old fruit varieties and an approach in which quality takes precedence over profit.
