About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in Sicily's warm climate at 240 m above sea level. They have an average age of 10 years.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of September, once they reach optimal ripeness. They macerate on the skins for 10–15 days and are pressed in a hydraulic press.
Ageing
The wine ages for three years in steel tanks, followed by one year in bottle.
Tasting profile
The taste is distinctive and pleasant, with a refined aroma.
