DMED – Salone della Dieta Mediterranea 2023

Held in Paestum from 26 to 28 May 2023, this national initiative promoted Mediterranean values in an innovative and inclusive form. Its programme addressed responsible food production, supportive relationships, biodiversity protection, respect for land and farming customs, environmental stewardship, natural human rhythms, and the renewal of traditional products and practices.
