M1435 – The 8th Issue

The eighth M1435 issue is organized around the seasonal rhythm of the estates. At Zisola, it focuses on a Mediterranean agricultural landscape extending beyond vines. The citrus grove contains Navel and Valencia oranges, pink grapefruits, lemons, mandarins and avocados. Organic cultivation, respect for natural cycles and carefully timed harvesting define its management. The issue also follows the hand harvest of olives at Zisola and the production of extra-virgin olive oil through temperature-controlled, oxygen-free processing and immediate filtration intended to preserve freshness, aromas and phenolic compounds.
