Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, by a combination of hand and mechanical picking. The wine is made in the traditional way, with alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Every stage of production takes place in stainless steel tanks, to preserve fresh fruit flavours and aromas.
Ageing
The wine is stabilised for 2–3 months.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with beef, pasta with tomato sauce and lamb.
