The fruit comes from vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness using a combination of picking methods. Traditional vinification includes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Every stage of production takes place in stainless steel tanks to retain fresh fruit flavours and aromas. The wine is then stabilized for 2–3 months.
Serving and pairing
Pair with hard cheeses, beef, lamb, or pasta served with tomato- or cream-based sauces.
