Vineyard and terroir
The Zibibbo comes from approximately 60-year-old vines, planted mainly in volcanic soils that are low in organic matter and rich in trace elements.
Vinification
The ripe grapes are harvested and sorted, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks with 60 days of skin contact.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in amphorae and chestnut barrels.
