Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows on south-east-facing slopes in Monferrato, at approximately 230 m above sea level. The soils are clay and limestone with abundant marl, helping the grapes retain freshness and definition.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand at optimal ripeness. Traditional vinification includes scheduled pump-overs and spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks and is cold-stabilized before bottling.

Elegant and expressive, with freshness, definition and a distinct personality, while retaining its structure.
