Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Monferrato, whose terroir gives the wine its bold character and intense flavour.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness in early October and sorted at the winery. Controlled-temperature fermentation lasts 15 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Serving and pairing
Pair with appetisers, white or red meats, rice, pasta, cured meats and cheeses.

The wine was first released in 1995.
