Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Veronese hills.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in two stages and at different levels of ripeness. Chardonnay is picked from late August to mid-September; Garganega follows in mid-October, when it is slightly overripe. After crushing, the fruit undergoes cold maceration, followed by fermentation at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks and is allowed to settle in bottle before release.
Tasting profile
The floral nose leads to a rich, fresh and harmonious palate with a soft finish.
