Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Veneto, situated at 250–500 m above sea level on clay-sandy soils. Planting density is 3,000–4,000 vines per hectare, with yields limited to 18 t/ha.
Grapes
The wine is produced from a selection of grapes.
Vinification
Harvest takes place from September to October as the grapes reach optimal ripeness. After gentle pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature. The base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in pressurised stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with light appetisers, white meat, fish or seafood.
