Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28–30°C, with approximately 20 days of skin maceration. Immediately after alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barriques, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
Approximately 24 months in French oak barriques. After bottling, the wine remains in the cellar for further maturation.

Tasting profile
Deep ruby red. Coffee, hazelnut, incense and liquorice shape the aromatic profile. The palate has an imposing tannic structure, good acidity and mature tannins, with considerable persistence and the structure for prolonged ageing.

Serve at 18°C with red meat, game or aged cheeses.
