A brief period of skin contact in the must is followed by a long fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages on its lees and is bottled immediately afterward.

Tasting profile
Deep pink. Intensely floral, with pronounced red-fruit aromas. The palate is fruity, delicate, soft and persistent. Conceived as a fragrant rosé expression of Sangiovese for aperitifs, summer evenings and informal occasions.

Suitable as an aperitif and with salads, fish-based first courses or shellfish.
