Brilliant golden yellow with amber highlights. The intense, complex bouquet evokes apple jam, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, honey, sweet almond, raisins and assorted dried fruit. Full-bodied and highly concentrated on the palate, balanced by marked freshness and a pleasantly savoury character. The finish is very persistent, complex and elegant.
