Vineyard and terroir
The Glera grapes are grown on hillside sites in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and processed with minimal oxygen exposure to preserve acidity and delicate aromas. Primary fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature. Secondary fermentation follows in an autoclave using the Charmat-Martinotti method.
Ageing
Time on the lees may be extended slightly to give the wine greater structure and depth.
Tasting profile
Crisp, clear and dry, with delicate aromas, refreshing acidity and a straightforward style.
Serving and pairing
Serve as an aperitif or pair with seafood, raw oysters and simple appetizers.
