Tasting profile
A lively, fragrant and vibrant sparkling wine. Jasmine and chamomile lead the floral profile, accompanied by fruit, almond and lemon. The palate is soft, mineral and rich, with a delicate aromatic character. Persistent citrus notes leave a fresh, clean finish; the overall impression is dry and elegant.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8°C in a narrow flute. Its pointed base supports the development of the perlage, while the narrow opening concentrates aromas that require little aeration. Intended for immediate enjoyment.
