Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the winery’s vineyard sites in Marche.
Vinification
The harvest date is determined by measuring sugar levels, total acidity and pH. The selected grapes are gently pressed, after which the must is settled and fermented at low temperatures.
Ageing
The wine spends a short period on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks, followed by at least 30 days of bottle rest.
