Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are arranged in special baskets and dried for three months. They are then pressed, and the resulting must begins fermentation in wooden barrels.
Ageing
The wine ages for seven years in small 50- or 100-litre barrels, followed by three months in bottle.

Tasting profile
A delicate golden-yellow wine with an intense, elegant and fruity bouquet. Floral nuances accompany the character derived from drying the grapes. The palate is pleasantly sweet, full and warm, ending in a sweet finish.
