Tasting profile
Golden yellow tending towards amber. The intense, persistent and fruit-driven bouquet leads to a rounded, velvety and sweet palate marked by pronounced dried-fruit notes.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 12–14 °C with dry pastries or cantuccini.
Label / history
Vin Santo’s roots extend deep into history. Its traditional association with healing the sick is presented as one possible origin of the epithet “santo.” Its identity is also linked to golden reflections and rounded, velvety aromas.
