The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in Veneto. Warm, sunny, favourable weather and careful vineyard management promote even ripening.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Primary fermentation takes place at the winery under controlled temperature, followed by secondary fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method.
