Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed immediately in horizontal presses, which gently separate the juice from the delicate skins. Fermentation takes place at no more than 20 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in cement vats for around eight months, until bottling.

Rich, creamy and structured, with high acidity, impressive breadth and a long-lasting finish.
