Vineyard and terroir
The Belstar vineyard lies on the edge of the historic Prosecco region. Its vines grow on gentle, south-facing hills at an altitude of 250 m in a cool climate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. Cold skin maceration is followed by fermentation.
Tasting profile
The nose has light fruit and floral aromas.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with light appetisers, fruit, caviar and desserts that are not overly sweet.
