Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from selected low-yield plots. Their silt-rich soils provide natural fertility and contribute brightness of flavour and a refined aroma.
Vinification
The wine is made by the Charmat method. The first fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in sealed, temperature-controlled autoclaves, as required by Prosecco DOC regulations.
Tasting profile
Bright in flavour, with a refined aroma.
Serving and pairing
Intended for immediate enjoyment after opening, in tall, slender flute glasses.
Label / history
The Jeio range takes its name from Desiderio Bisol, whom his wife called Jeio. He revived the family business after the First World War and contributed significantly to its growth and reputation.
