Borgo Conventi Events

Borgo Conventi hosted a meeting focused on the environmental and social responsibilities of winegrowers and on good practices supporting harmonious, sustainable territorial development. The programme presented a twenty-year commitment to protecting ecosystem balances through “Biodiversity Friend” conduct, green-energy production and careful use of water resources.

The meeting involved 130 contributing growers representing Collio and Prosecco, collectively responsible for about 2,000 hectares of vineyards. Their role was framed not only in terms of grape production but also as guardianship of the territory, its traditions and its landscape. Professor Attilio Scienza examined the Collio and Isonzo production areas and discussed current technical and cultural issues affecting them.

On Saturday the 25th, Borgo Conventi also hosted employees and their families for a lunch centred on the idea of the company as a large family united by a shared vision.
