Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Bosio’s own vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early autumn. After pressing, the juice is chilled and kept in the press for one month. It is then fermented, filtered and bottled.
Ageing
The bottled wine rests in the cellars for several months.
