The fruit comes from vineyards in Veneto.
Grapes
The Glera grapes are selected for the wine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September, sorted at the winery and gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 14–15 °C for 40 days.
Label / history
The bottle is covered with crystals intended to evoke a starry sky. The wine won gold medals at the 2019 Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Awards and the 2017 The Prosecco Masters by The Drinks Business; silver medals at the 2016 The Prosecco Masters, Mundus Vini Awards Germany and Wine Luxe International Awards in Hong Kong; and bronze medals at the 2016 International Wine & Spirit Competition and Decanter World Wine Awards.
