The Pinot Nero grapes come from Bottega’s own vineyards.
Grapes
The grapes are selected before vinification.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September, sorted at the winery and gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 14–15 °C, followed by a second fermentation using the Charmat method.
Label / history
The bottle is covered with crystals resembling tiny diamonds.
