Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the commune of Rubicone in Emilia-Romagna.
Vinification
After harvest and pressing, the must remains in contact with the skins and pulp for 4–8 days. It is then transferred to special tanks and fermented at 25–30 °C for 8–10 days.
