Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September. After gentle pressing, the juice ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 15–17 °C for 15–20 days.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel tanks before release and is best enjoyed within two years.
Vintage notes
In 2021, average yields in Veneto were 7% lower than in the previous year. The growing season began slightly later, and frost affected some vineyards during budding on 7 and 8 April. Flowering and fruit set brought generally low temperatures and heavy rainfall. From June, temperatures were consistent with seasonal averages and peaked during the first ten days of August. Hailstorms caused significant crop losses in some areas, although the grapes remained healthy and of good quality.
