Grapes
Merlot is supplemented by a small proportion of other red grape varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September. At the winery, they undergo 12 hours of cold skin maceration, followed by gentle pressing. The juice ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in steel tanks at a constant temperature stated as 17–188 °C.
