The grapes are grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and October when slightly overripe, then destemmed. Maceration lasts 15 days to extract colour and tannic structure. Fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in barrels at a controlled temperature of 25–27 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in oak barrels for 3–4 months.
