The fruit is grown in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then selected and sorted. They are slowly and gently pressed, and the must undergoes a brief pre-fermentation maceration that imparts its pink colour. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel vats. The wine is stabilized and filtered before bottling.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly on its fine lees.
