Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the province of Beneventano in Campania. The vineyards lie on the hills of southern Italy, where volcanic stones cover the soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-October. Traditional fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25–27 °C.
