Veneto. Warm summer sunshine interacts with cooler mountain breezes, creating day-to-night temperature changes that support fruity character, a smooth structure, and good longevity. The soils are clay and sandstone.

Merlot.
Vinification
Harvested grapes are destemmed and macerated for 7–8 days to extract color and structure. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled 25–27°C.
Technical data
Alcohol: 12% vol., with a possible vintage-dependent variation of ±0.5% vol. Available format: 750 ml.
Tasting profile
Intense red color, with an elegant, well-structured profile. The clean bouquet combines violet, redcurrant, and cherry. Balanced and smooth in style, the palate is delicate, persistent, full-bodied, and tannic.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 16–18°C; the wine page gives 18–20°C. Pair with flavorful first courses such as risotto, richly dressed pasta or stuffed ravioli, as well as white and red meats, roasts, and grilled dishes.
