The fruit comes from vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early September. Traditional white-wine vinification includes alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 20–25 °C, followed by stabilization in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in steel tanks.
Vintage notes
The 2021 growing season began slightly earlier than usual, bringing the harvest forward by about one week. Summer included several very hot days, with showers in July and August. Relatively dry conditions during the rest of the season helped maintain healthy grapes, resulting in a generous, high-quality harvest.
