Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. The juice ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine is then stabilized and stored at a controlled temperature in stainless steel until bottling.
Label / history
The name “Piccola Italia” means “Little Italy” in Italian.
