Vineyard and terroir
The Zinfandel grows in the company's own vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and pressed immediately. The must macerates for a week to develop colour and structure. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation both take place in stainless steel tanks at 25–27 °C.
