Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards in the commune of Savignano sul Rubicone, in Emilia-Romagna.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and macerated on their skins for 4–8 days. Fermentation takes place in dedicated vessels for 8–10 days at 25–30 °C.
