Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Abruzzo, in the province of Terre di Chieti, where the vineyards have a Mediterranean climate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of August and gently pressed. The juice ferments for 15–20 days in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12–14 °C.
