Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in southern Puglia.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and macerated on the skins for several days at 25–26 °C. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for around six months.

Soft and aromatic, with a fruit-forward character.
